Diet Update

Nothing has changed this month, still eating the same meals; beef, chicken and fish. I developed a gag reflex every time I eat meat now which sucks! Haha, but still I force it down. I’ve skipped breakfast a few times too, not a good idea. I just can’t seem to eat in the mornings. Anyway here are some pictures.

Treat Of The Month!

Yes, I’m guilty but I had to try this! I’ve been eating healthy for 4 months now, so I think I deserve a treat! The KFC double down “meatwich” has two pieces of boneless chicken and in-between is cheese and bacon. Just like the slogan says, “there’s too much meat for a bun!” 

My mouth is starting to water...
