I do cardio exercise once in a blue moon haha, but I usually don't due to having a fast metabolism. It's still good to do though, so you can burn off any fat you might have gained while bulking. I was gaining about 1-2kgs a month, but you might gain more! It really depends on the person.

ReplyDeleteJust be careful of what you eat and clean bulk. Slowly build your way up. Also some cardio exercise is good.
Andrew- You do cardio as well? I thought you didn't need to since you were naturally lean before.
