    Just be careful of what you eat and clean bulk. Slowly build your way up. Also some cardio exercise is good.

  3. Andrew- You do cardio as well? I thought you didn't need to since you were naturally lean before.

    Also, by slow do you mean like 1kg per month?

  4. I do cardio exercise once in a blue moon haha, but I usually don't due to having a fast metabolism. It's still good to do though, so you can burn off any fat you might have gained while bulking. I was gaining about 1-2kgs a month, but you might gain more! It really depends on the person.
